On a warm mid June day in Amherst, MA, Justin and Alison celebrated their marriage with friends and family. The couple eloped earlier in the year and were now able to share their love and joy with some of the most special people in their life. Alison's childhood home was stunning next to a magnificent tent and a striking blue sky. Thoughtfully made, handcrafted decorations could be found out on the patio, in the house and tent. Festivities and a heated game of croquet kept the family, friends, and youngsters content all evening.
The couple's celebration would not have been complete without necktie wearing penguins, hanging air plants and sparklers. Alison and her bridesmaids sported delicate handmade flowers out of decorative paper, trail and topographical maps and matching initial bracelets. Justin and Alison both share a love of outdoor adventure, their favorite past time is rock climbing. Their love for each other and their love of gravity defying adventure plays an enormous role in their lives. To keep what they love close to their heart, their matching wedding bands are one of a kind with topographical lines marked on them.
They danced their fist dance to the tune of a saxophone played by one of Alison's brothers. Beautiful and heartfelt speeches were made by parents and friends, and the night wrapped up with a cupcake tier, dancing on the patio, photo booth fun and of course sparklers!
